well long time!! my sponsor says i should write about myself!!! there are alot of good thinngs about me i guess......no definitely!! i am down on myself sometimes without realizing it..... i just always wanna do more for everyone but i'm limited on time and money. but i do try hard to be a good father, son, brother, boyfriend, dog owner, friend, and employee. don't be so hard on yourself jeff!!!! it will all work itself out i suppose. i do want to be all i can be!!!! and i guess that says alot right there!!! i do care alot about everything! i'm so blessed i feel like i should be whistling 24/7! dear Lord: i will get to a better place....... thanks

wow!! what a week! but i feel surprising well considering my near death experience this week. i got some much needed time to myself at the beach today....was great to clear my head. in fact it inspired me to get back to blogging! well had so much on my mind earlier now nothing! inspiratin done! tomorrow then.....
